Thank you for your interest. As steam cleaning of carpet is a separate service and requires on the phone consultation, our service delivery team will get in touch with you for your details. Please note - Post-construction cleaning service INCLUDES vacuum of the carpet. Steam cleaning and shampooing is a separate service that we offer with trained technicians. If you book your cleaning we will normally be able to do the steam cleaning on the same day. You should always leave 24 hours after steam cleaning and shampooing for full drying.

Our cancellation fee is $90. If canceled on the day of the service, the cancellation fee will be 100% of the amount paid. This cost is based on the information provided by the customer. If time extensions (additional hours at a cost) are required, we will inform the customer in advance and approval will be sought.We work after you do to make it spotless and move in ready.
