Our cancellation fee is $90. If canceled on the day of the service, the cancellation fee will be 100% of the amount paid. This cost is based on the information provided by the customer. If time extensions (additional hours at a cost) are required, we will inform the customer in advance and approval will be sought.

If you are renting we guarantee that you will not lose a damage deposit based on the cleanliness of your place. If you have any problems with a landlord we will deal with this on your behalf. We offer a 24 hr. service guarantee so let us know if something is off and we will get back and make it right.  We service Calgary, Edmonton, Banff, Canmore and nearby areas. If you are outside of 80km of these areas just call us and we will try to facilitate you.
