Our Process (We are sorry for a lengthy read, but we want you to take an informed decision) Once booked with us, our service delivery team will confirm the service date and arrival time within 24-hrs of booking. Our technician will visit the venue and assess the odour / odor and give you a detailed understanding of what the odour/ odor is and how long it will take for us to work our magic. Please note, you will need to vacate your space for the entire duration of the process. While every situation is different, a vehicle may be ozonated in as little as hour. Homes, Offices, Storage Units take longer depending on their size, number of rooms, and other factors such as the concentration and type of odours. Typically, a space of up to 4000 Sq. Ft can be completed within 30 Hrs. (24 Hrs. for the process and 6 Hrs. to air out the venue). A space above 4000 Sq. Ft can be completed within 54 Hrs. (48 Hrs. for the process and 6 Hrs. to air out the venue)

Our cancellation fee is $90. If canceled on the day of the service, the cancellation fee will be 100% of the amount paid.
